Çelebi Aviation Holding Inc., consolidates its strength in the international arena by incorporating Austroport, which was its rival in gorund handling services, by a strategic purchase via its affiliate, Çelebi Ground Services Austria GmbH, which is active in Vienna. Çelebi Aviation Holding INC, owns 100% shares of the Çelebi Ground Services Austria GmbH.

Giving Ground Handling and Cargo Services and carrying out Warehouse Operations in two continents, five countries and 35 airports by its affiliates and partnerships, particularly the Çelebi Ground Handling Inc., the Çelebi Aviation Group continues to consolidate its strength as part of its strategies to expand in the international arena. Çelebi Aviation Group, the global brand of the Turkish civil aviation, entered the new year with its strategic purchase in Austria. With a contract signed recently, the CGSA (Çelebi Ground Services Austria GmbH - Çelebi Austria) purchased all capital shares of the Austroport (Austroport Boden- & Flugzeugabferti-gungs GmbHü), which was its rival on passenger services at Vienna Airport.

Austroport provided services for over 40,000 flights in two years

The Austroport, which was incorporated by the Çelebi Aviation Group, provides passenger services (reservation, check-in, ticket sale, lost and found & luggage, personnel transportation) for various airline companies which have customers at Vienna Airport. The Austroport which is active at Vienna Airport with its 124 personnel, provided services for a total of 24,000 flights in 2012 and 15,615 flights in the first 9 months of 2013.

It incorporated its rival in Vienna Airport and strengthened further
