As part of its new investment strategy, Çelebi Group has decided to focus its future investments exclusively on aviation, port operations, logistics, and real estate development.
In line with this strategy, the Turkish Competition Board has approved the transfer of Little Caesars Türkiye operations and its sub-franchise network from Çelebi Gıda, a Çelebi Group company operating in the quick-service restaurant sector, to Bake and Blend Gıda Ticaret A.Ş. This transaction will mark Çelebi Gıda’s exit from the quick-service restaurant sector. The transfer process is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026.
