Çelebi Food Group's successful brand Little Caesars Pizza got a visit from LC International Quality Manager Rocio Cabrera between August 8 and 18. Cabrera visited some of the primary and alternative producers in Turkey, where he conducted inspections. According to the program prepared by Çelebi Food Group Quality Assurance Manager Hikmet Toksöz, Cebrera visited LC İstanbul Dough Production Point, Banvit, Tat Canned Foods, Rella Food, Fasdat and alternative suppliers' facilities.
Noting that they were pleased by Turkish producers' level of quality and steady production, Cabrera said they were closely monitoring the developments in Turkey. During the pizza sauce production that he participated at Tat Konserve, Cabrera said the fact that Turkish growers were able to produce quality tomatoes during a period where tomato producers worldwide were experiencing a stressful harvest was impressive, adding that the attention shown by LC producers in Turkey to their work was also notable. Cabrera also made product evaluations and promised to direct the LC franchises in the Middle East into purchasing more products from Turkey. Middle Eastern countries like Qatar and the United Arab Emirates continue to buy products from certified suppliers in Turkey. The goal is to raise the production volume and to reduce costs by increasing this trade.
